We continue our game-by-game preview of the Husky football season with a look at Game 3 against the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors with Rob DeMello of KHON TV. While we've got Rob Rang, we continue ot pick his brain about the Seahawks draft picks we didn't hit last hour, plus a look at Huskies that were drafted this year, and Rob's takes on this upcoming Husky season.

Softy is still out, and Jacson Bevens is in today to co-host with Dick Fain. Yesterday, Dick talked about not being interested in the Home Run Derby for the first time in years, but Jacson enjoys the revamped derby. The regular season is starting to feel a little like the derby with more 450-foot bombs dropped this year than in all of last year already. Clearly something has changed. Mina Kimes of ESPN discusses the upcoming Seahawks season, DK Metcalf, and all things sports. If you haven't seen it, the Malik McDowell video is up on sportsradiokjr.com. To say it's not a god look for McDowell is an understatement. Did the ATV injury make him like this, or did he always make these bad decisions. Seems like a chicken or egg argument. It says a lot about the overall interest in the game at this point. Justin Verlander will take the mound in tonight's All-Star game. Despite having a 2.9 ERA, he's given up the most home runs in his career, and he's blaming the baseballs. Looking at the numbers, it's hard to argue that there isn't something different about the balls, but could it simply be a change in the way they're being manufactured? We've seen issues before.
