He leads Data and AI efforts at UnionBank Philippines and serves as an external advisor to Singapore's Corrupt Investigation Practices Bureau (CPIB). David has extensive experience in both industry and academia with a PhD in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Computer Science and AI. He weighs in on both the high level concepts surrounding ethics and AI and offers practical steps he uses to support ethical governance with the AI systems under his purview.
