Terry Tucker was a hostage negotiator and learnt unique skills and he explains how you can learn to control any situation when you learn to control your mind.
Controlling you mind is the key to success in any situation, and as a hostage negotiator every call out is a potential life or death situation and you have to be in control.
Using the lessons learnt from his parents and brothers, the skills he learnt as a hostage negotiator when terry was struck down with cancer.
These same skills enabled him to remain positive and hand his trust over to God.

Life is like surfing, when you know how to catch the wave, it's a fun ride.
We all want to know the secret to life and how to live and it's not the law of attraction it's the philosophy of energy.
When you raise your vibration, you build the wave and the wave carries you.
You are the master and creator of the wave, and you have to create the energy of the wave first.
Adrian Emery spoke to me about his philosophy why it works and how he discovered it's secrets and why he's so passionate about sharing them with everyone.
Adrian tells me his goal will be fulfilled long after he has gone because his message, his teachings will can help every one and create an energy shift to transform the world.

A cup of tea on the commode is a compelling true life story about Mark and his relationship with his mum.
As Mark's mum began to age and needed care Mark took the decision to go home and look after his mum.
An astounding journey and while having a cup of tea on the commode with his mum, Mark learned about his own life, learned more about his mum and importantly leaned about himself. Who is he? And what does this mean.
The deep compassion which comes from taking care or someone and the forgiveness you have to have for yourself when you become angry at a vulnerable stubborn old lady who is you mum. There's tears, laughs and fond memories, and most of all there is a tribute to his mum.

An odd title I grant you and why have I written The Sound of your family tree and the bricks which hold onto them.
When talking to Andrew Rumsey the Bishop of Ramsey we explored the families and the communities which were, and are an integral part of England and how from simple necessity they grew together. Some grew into towns, some into cities and some disappeared.
All of them had a church, a place of worship, a place of togetherness and today they should still be a place with a roof to sit under where we can join your community in unity.
How we do this, is where the conversation starts, and it should start with the community and the communities needs.
And we should remember as Andrew and I discussed there is church with a bell from 1490 which has rung out across the countryside for nearly 500 years. Generations of families, generations of bell ringers have heard the bell, for various reasons as way to communicate and within the stones which hold the bell up, the stones which sit on the foundations of the first stones placed into the ground by a member of the community who saw a future where families could grow together.
