Washington EDGE Coach Eric Schmidt, linebacker Cason Bruener, safety Asa Turner, safety Tristan Dunn, cornerback Mishael Powell, and cornerback Thaddeus Dixon spoke to the media Monday after Day 9 of spring football.

Washington's Head Coach briefs the media on a live session that lasted approximately 85 snaps.

Running Back Daniyel Ngata, Running Backs Coach Lee Marks, Receiver Germie Bernard, Tight End Josh Cuevas, Offensive Lineman Gaard Memmelaar, and Offensive Coordinator Ryan Grubb spoke to the media after Day 7 of Washington Spring Football, held Wednesday at Husky Stadium.

EDGE Lance Holtzclaw, linebacker Ralen Goforth, cornerback Jabbar Muhammad, and safeties coach Chuck Morrell all spoke with the media after Washington's Monday practice inside the Dempsey Indoor Facility.

The guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds and Chris Fetters - hung out at the Dempsey Indoor after Day Six of UW Spring Football to talk about what they saw and they were part of a media contingent that was lucky enough to see something rare during spring; live reps!

Now, they aren't fully live, as the quarterbacks can't be touched, but they were as live as you're going to get during the month of April. And when the team periods went live, that's when the offense sprung to life. The guys talk about what they saw during those two live sessions, who stood out, and what to make of them within the framework of everything else observed through six practices.

Then the talk went to some of the defensive players that stood out, and then we switched to the other side of the ball to talk about some of the offensive standouts.

After a quick break, Kim and Chris gave their thoughts on the other big UW news of the day; Portland forward Moses Wood announced his verbal commitment to Washington. Montlake will be the fourth school for the 6-foot-8 Wood, following stints at Tulane, UNLV, and lastly Portland.

How will Wood fit in? Whose scholarship will he replace? And what other needs are the UW coaches prioritizing as they have a number of scholarships to fill before the start of the 2023-24 season.

A recap of Friday's Day 5 spring practice where the defense got the upper hand over the offense in the Dempsey Indoor.

The guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds, Chris Fetters, and Scott Eklund - went to the Dempsey Indoor to watch Washington's Pro Day. We've been to a lot of Pro Days over the years, and this one definitely felt low-key compared to some others.

Jaxson Kirkland, Henry Bainivalu, Corey Luciano, Wayne Taulapapa, Jeremiah Martin, Cam Bright, Kristopher Moll, Alex Cook, Jordan Perryman, and Peyton Henry worked out in front of roughly 20 different scouts from NFL teams in the hopes of impressing them enough to earn interest either through the upcoming draft, or through free agency.

After the workout, Kim, Chris, and Scott gave their thoughts on what they saw, as well as who else was there and their opinions on the draft potential of some of the players, specifically Jaxson Kirkland.

After a quick break, we've included post-workout interviews with seven of the players who participated in everything from running the 40-yard dash to the vertical jump, to lifting to individual position drills to give the scouts an idea of how well the players can move.
