Rachel Worsley took the road less traveled and made the difference. A trained medical journalist, Rachel found herself drawn to the world of marketing, which led her to found her business, Neurodiversity Media.

As a child, Aleem Ali had to explain his name. While he had to constantly explain the origin of his name, Aleem shared on Dawncast that growing up in Queensland to a loving and inclusive family with a Muslim father and a Christian mother, gave him the resilience and confidence to respond to questions about his heritage and background, and even dealt with racism. 

He shares with Dai Le and Cathy Ngo the wisdom his grandfather passed on to his father, who passed it onto him. 

Aleem is the CEO of Welcoming Australia, and with his lived experiences, he is working with leaders and organisations across the country to cultivate a culture of welcome and advance communities where people of all backgrounds can belong, contribute and thrive.

This season of #MasterChefAustralia has been praised for a number of reasons. Blind Grit is the brainchild of Nikki Hind, Australia's first legally blind fashion designer. 

Nikki joined Dai Le and Cathy Ngo to share her love of fitness, fashion design & social justice through her initiative Blind Grit. Blind Grit was born at the same time Nikki gave birth to her first child, becoming a mother, and also tragically losing her sight. But determined to create a future for her young family, Nikki didn't let her loss of sight stop her from finding a new way of expressing the best of herself. In this powerful conversation, Nikki took us on a traumatic journey of her early years of being sexually abused, to rebuilding her life, and now designing a future she wants to be proud of.

Mary Liu, is the Founder of Soy & Spice Lingerie. A social entrepreneur, she loves to spend every moment of her waking hours on developing the lingerie line Soy & Spice. She started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19 and has present the past 10 years of her career in the Australian startup ecosystem.
