And now, if you act in accordance with the teachings of Baháʼu'lláh, you may now rest assured that you will be aided and confirmed in all affairs which you undertake ... because the power of the Holy Spirit is your assistant, above and over physical forces, phenomenal forces, the Holy Spirit shall aid you.

O friend, the heart is the dwelling place of eternal mysteries. Make it not the home of fleeting fancies. Waste not the treasure of your precious life occupied with this swiftly passing world. Thou comest from the world of holiness. Bind not thine heart to earth.

Whoso reciteth this prayer with lowliness and fervor, will bring gladness and joy to the heart of this servant. It will be even as meeting him face to face.

The essence of faith is the fewer of words and the abundance of deeds ... No one on the earth, O my Lord, can withstand thy power, and none in all the kingdoms of Thy name can prostrate thy purpose. Show forth, then, the power of Thy sovereignty and of Thy dominion. And teach Thy loved ones what beseemeth them in Thy name.

How can I succeed unless Thou assist me with the breath of the Holy spirit? Help me to triumph by the hosts of this glorious kingdom, and shower upon me Thy confirmations, which alone can turn an ant into an eagle, a drop of water into rivers and seas, and an atom into lights and suns.

Have mercy, O Lord, on the feeble, make whole the sick, and quench the burning thirst. Gladden the bosom of love wherein the fire of thy love doth smolder, and set it aglow with the flame of Thy celestial love and spirit.

Is there any man of insight, O my God, that can behold thee with my own eye? ... The object of my adoration, whose beauty is my sanctuary, whose habitation is my goal, whose providence is my companion.

The woman is indeed of greater importance to the race. She has the greater burden and the greater work. ... The woman has greater moral courage than the man; she has also special gifts which enable her to govern in moments of danger and crisis. If necessary, she can become a warrior.

The noblest of nobles is humbled when faced with the manifestations of thy glory ... O my brother, a pure heart is as a mirror. Cleanse it with the burnish of love and severance from all save God, that the true sun shall shine therein, and the eternal morning dawn.

O God, my God, thou art my intended aim and desire ... feeble souls have confined the wide expanse of knowledge within the walls of self and passion ... and have thereby veiled themselves from the light of the mystic sun, and the mysteries of the Eternal Beloved.
