Dawson’s Weak(ly)

*some possible mild spoilers for S2 here but we’re not actually sure because we don’t have a clue what’s going on* An in depth and irreverent look at 90's TV classic Dawson's Creek hosted by Kathryn and Katie. Before we jump into S2, we’re decompressing by drinking wine and talking about what we did and didn’t like about S1. Clearly it’s a lot of ranting about Tamara and Pacey and our issues with continuity and day night clubs but also lots of positives too! Come and join us as we meander meaninglessly through S1 and try to contain our excitement about S2. 

We’re moving the show to Sunday’s for S2 so keep an eye out for some bonus content to bridge the gap between now and Sunday 18th April.

Well this was an interesting/difficult/troubling one. With everything that has happened in the UK due to the awful kidnap and murder of Sarah Everard, we struggled with this episode. Usually we would focus on a good old genre homage but some stuff here, specifically around violence towards women and how people talk about it,  really didn’t work for us. We hope we’ve dealt with these things sensitively and that we don’t trigger anyone. Having said that, we did find time for some laughs including Katie’s very detailed back story for Mitch and Gale, Friday the 13th ‘japes’ and another table worth chatting about at Dawson’s house. So, jump in and join us for a beguiling combination of some very serious chat alongside a truly shit seance.
