Day and Bits: Gushing or Bashing

Like smart shoppers, Day and Bits each pick three items from 2023 and add them to their cart of wonderful memories.

2021, you have given us both pain and pleasure. Thus, we look back on thee, with utter delight and horror.

"Through a time warp with a paddle." Day and Bits time-travel and the two each pick up a precious pop culture memory from their 13-year old selves. One finds a troubled but brilliant pop star. The other finds a toxic but amusing movie.

Day and Bits attempt to be literate by making book and TV show recommendations. Natch, they end talking about bitches, a translation, a compromised straight man and more bitches!

The versuses and viruses are here. The dames compare and contrast, see conflicts (even when there is none), and gather chants and spells to pray the veerus away.

Looking back at the first half of 2021 and talking about five hard and thick things that stayed in the bitches' heads or elsewhere!

Day and Bits kibitz about pop culture moments -- triumphs and disasters -- that happened during the pandemic. And these include a failed beauty queen glow-up, the preponderance of BOYS LOVE series, the monster that we know as Twitter, and so much more. They dissected. They gossiped. Quack doctors will tell you that these bitches will help you outlive this pandemic. Cheka.
