The first week of December can mean the kick-off to the fundraising for food banks around Alberta. To help in those efforts, Russell Bowers took Daybreak on the road to the Rotary Performing Arts Centre in Okotoks. The town is getting ready for a big community concert on December 10 and 11 to benefit food banks in Okotoks, Turner Valley and High River. Russell spoke with volunteer, Wendy Axani who helps get hampers out to individuals and families, as well as Marwin Markos, a local business owner.
