Washington, D.C. AG Karl Racine is defending the designation of the DC-area Metro public transportation system as a "sensitive place" where concealed carry can be banned, despite the fact that the prohibition means those reliant on public transportation are unable to exercise their right to bear arms in self-defense even when they're not on board a bus or train car.
