DCC Leadership Podcast

When God calls us to leadership, it is often in the most unusual and unexpected ways. Throughout the Bible we see examples of God calling someone to lead and their response to that call. In this episode of DCC's Leadership Podcast, DCC Alumna and Missionary to Guatemala, Joy Gring, and Mr. Mark Worley (Vice-President of Institutional Advancement) discuss what it looks like to answer God's call to leadership, even when you don't feel like you're ready or equipped.
