We had a wonderful talk with Miha Matlievski ( The Fail Coach ) on this episode.
-A healthy relationship with failure is a must-have skill for entrepreneurs and leaders
    - What is the fear of failure and how to overcome it - Building a business is like building a house; you always start with first laying down solid foundations
    - Wanna speed up your business development? Use leverages!
    - Trust is the most valuable currency. Learn how to leverage it.
    Miha has a Podcast Here: https://braindumpbythefailcoach.com/ (https://braindumpbythefailcoach.com/)
    https://www.fail.coach/ (The Fail Coach! )
One business coach has forged his approach to helping entrepreneurs and business executives by using a monumental personal failure and eventual redemption to help get others where they need to go to find their personal success and fulfillment.
At just 18 years old, Miha Matlievski, a Slovenian high school dropout, dreamed of becoming a successful entrepreneur. And he pursued it with a passion, putting in 12 years of hard work that resulted in four successful businesses and a personal net worth of $15M.
But in December 2009, an unexpected call from his bank, which had decided to foreclose on his real estate investments, brought his world crashing down around him. That one negative event instigated an avalanche of ruin for him and his businesses, resulting in his four, once-successful companies going bankrupt.

  • James Perdue
    https://professorofperseverance.com/ (https://professorofperseverance.com)?
We had a real good talk about Overcoming adversities and so much more on this episode with Dr. James Perdue. We hope this helps you find new hope in any situation you might find yourselves in.
On September 11, 1983, James became a quadriplegic, dislocating three vertebra in his neck, from playing a football game. The doctor said, "James, I'm sorry. You'll never walk again and you might be paralyzed from your neck down." Later, the doctor advised his family to place him in a nursing home; he would be too much of a burden for them to take care.
Hear how Dr. Perdue worked hard to achieve success as a teacher and coach. He has been awarded Fox 17 Top Teacher of the Week 2005, Teacher of the Year 2002, as well as, Coach of the Year 2006 and 2000. He received the Jo Andrews Award 1995 and the Hal Ramer Award 1991 both for overcoming adversity. Recently, he received his doctorate degree, in May 2011, from Tennessee State University. His demonstration of not giving up and striving through major challenges is apparent. Dr. Perdue knows he can help others pass through to the other side of tragedies to become triumph and become survivor of difficulties.
At age sixteen, James grew-up fast when his father died. He played baseball in high school and received a college scholarship. Then, one day, while playing a pick-up football game, James was seriously injured and diagnosed a quadriplegic. He asked the doctor, “How bad is it?” The doctor responded, “Bad enough. You’ll never walk again and possibly not move from the neck down."

    Tracey Maxfield Biography
Tracey Maxfield is a retired nurse with over 36 years’ experience in gerontology, mental health, and dementia care. She is a regular guest on well-known author and radio host Peter Rosenberger’s show Hope For the Caregiver on Sirius radio. Tracey has written multiple articles on dementia care, medical research and mental illness/bullying in teenagers. She is the Purple Angel Dementia Ambassador for the Okanagan. Tracey experienced her first episode of clinical depression in her twenties and lived with chronic depression ever since. However, nothing prepared her for the acute depressive episode she experienced in 2015. After enduring years of intense workplace stress, harassment and bullying, she plummeted into an abyss of darkness, hopelessness and despair the likes of which she had never experienced before.
Encouraged by a psychologist, Tracey started a Blog, Escaping the Rabbit Hole: my life with depression, to better help her friends understand her depression. Over time, Tracey began to heal and found that out of the darkness and despair, there is hope, there is life after depression.
Escaping the Rabbit Hole: my journey through depression is Tracey’s first book and has received international rave reviews. Since the release of her book, Tracey has become a staunch advocate for Mental Illness and Mental Health Awareness and Bullying and completed the course, Bringing Mental Health to Schools. She has met with children, teenagers and young adults to talk about bullying and mental illness and was one of the ‘Break Out’ presenters at the TEACH 2019 Conference in Jacksonville, Florida.
Her website www.traceymaxfield.com was recently awarded the silver medal for Best Author Website 2019 at the eLit Awards and her book was a top 10 finalist in the Non-Fiction category at the Author Academy Awards. Tracey has appeared on ABC, NBC and FOX TV morning shows, live radio and over 75 podcasts in the USA, Canada, New Zealand and UK.
Tracey has her own You Tube channel: Engage Educate Empower and posts weekly videos and blog posts about mental illness and bullying.
