This week we begin the Quenta Silmarillion and get through the first two chapters ("Of the Beginning of Days" and "Aule and Yavannah"). We get a little more info on the habits and interests of the Valar, as well as a warning of what happens when you don't invite Melkor to your wedding. Middle Earth is formed and neglected, The Valar just can't get over themselves in the West, is Melkor in "the upside down"? 

This weeks chapter, Valaquenta, through the lore of the Eldar we are introduced to The Valar (formerly Ainur), The Maiar, Morgoth, and a familiar character to those who are acquainted with the films! Andrew and Josh talk about comparable gods, evil, and why Melkor hates water.
