My guest this week is comedian Ryan Sim. Ryan is a very funny man who recently moved from Brisbane to Sydney. In the middle of the lockdown I might add.

We chat about some formative teen years, losing friends to suicide and feelings on death and funerals. We chat about crashing cars on the way to Blink 182 concerts and for being at "fault" for breaking down in the middle of nowhere on the way to your band's biggest gig.

I saw some TikToks from this young lady about how her vaccine passport had been stolen and used to create fake vaccine passports so I reached out to her to chat all about it. You may remember my episode about being a COVID crisis actor and feeling the wrath of the anti vaxxer so I thought we would have some great things in common!

This was a really interesting chat and almost unbelievable at how it all unfolded.

Welcome back to the Dead Dads Society, and if this is your first visit, welcome to the club. This is the therapy group in the form of a podcast and I have another great solo episode for you today.

I took a few weeks off to get back into the swing of things, and now I'm raring to go! This week marks four years since my father died, so I talk about the occasion and how we should commemorate birthdays and significant dates when loved ones pass away.

In this episode, I'm continuously interrupted by my cat Max, so I make a game out of seeing how long it takes him to find his way into the home. It's a really tense environment.

Since it was Halloween the other day, I spoke about my favourite Halloween movies and did a deep dive into Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr.'s relationship, among other things.

Marc and I chat all about losing loved ones, our teenage years and we delve into some stories about people who have wronged us and how we will get revenge.

Another Slam it down fast Solo Episode for you this week and boy ohhhhh boy do I have a good episode for you.

In the last few days my photo and name has been doing the anti-vaxxer / Covid conspiracy rounds as an actor being paid to pretend to have COVID. I've been getting abusive messages, being tagged 24/7 and having a whale of a time. The Daily Mail did an article about it, I did a Tiktok which has gone semi viral and now I'm having some fun with it so I chat about that.

I also chat about my lockdown rewatching of The Office and How I Met Your Mother. I air my grievances about Bob Saget doing the voiceover for HIMYM and I give a shoutout to severely underrated actor Bradley Whitford.

My guest this week is my best man and comedian Will McKellar. Will is a brilliant comedian who I started out with in comedy and we chat all about those days. Will tells us a great story about being left in Fiji when he was 5 and we pull apart the time we competed in a Roast Battle against each other.

Will is expecting a child in the near future which we chat about and he runs some queries past me about fatherhood. It was really great to catch up with Will and I hope you like the chat!
