Friend of the show Jeremy returns as we try to discuss Troy Duffy's 2000 Boston crime thriller "The Boondock Saints", a movie that we all hate so much that this really becomes more a discussion of the 2003 making of documentary "Overnight". We get into Troy Duffy, his cool overalls, how hard directing movies is, delusional thinking, the incredible levels of bridge burning on display, enslaving your best friends, WWE theme songs and marvel at a man so unlikable we all wind up taking Harvey Weinstein's side on something. Also discussed: The End of Oak Street, La Flor pt. 4, the Venom films, The Samurai and the Prisoner, Schindler's List and The Worst Person in the World. All that plus Tim saw and didn't like "Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma" and the boys pitch a new subgenre of death metal. Please note we recorded this during a bad rain storm and Ben and Jeremy's internet has some struggles but this episode is still plenty listenable and remember that this show is free. This movie surprised the hell out of Ben and you should really check it out.
