This week Shaun is going it alone as he shares with you an incredibly personal experience with loss and grief after his best friend Flynn lost her battle with cancer. Losing Flynn played a major part in the creation of the blog 'Excuse me' which later turned into this podcast. This was an incredibly difficult and emotional episode to record and as such it draws content straight from Shaun's blog post 'To the moon and back' which was written not too long after the loss of his best friend.
At some point in our lives, we are all faced with the mortality of the people we love and that of ourselves. No one really tells you what to expect when you lose someone close to you because it is always such a different and unique experience for every individual.
