Dean who was raised in Mississauga, Ontario and currently residing in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada - wants to live in a world where people can pursue their goals and dreams without fear; where people realize that knowledge is not enough, that we need to do what we know; and where babies can change their own diapers.

As a public speaker with more than 25 years of experience, Dean desired to develop and add more value to people and became a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker in 2016. His ability to bounce back after suffering financial setbacks in business, has given him a deep passion to motivate and inspire individuals to face adversity with a smile and thrive. His phone line is permanently busy as he makes himself available to help others.

When Dean is not speaking, making videos or creating online courses to help people reach their full potential, you can find him practicing his top spin serve at the Table Tennis club or drinking a tall glass of Kombucha or riding the electronic monkeys in the mall with his children.

Dean has recently finished creating a course called Dare to Dream which emphasizes on people stepping out of their fears and into their dreams and on the horizon, is a series of motivational videos that will inspire his followers on a weekly basis!
