There are two voices in my head. Elwen Farris the first, he has my issues, my fears, he is me. He goes through life how I would without any outside influence. The other voice is different, they want the best for me, to overcome my problems and fear and to grow as a person, they are who me and Elwen so desperately need. Their name is Ava Revlin.

It might as well just be over, but keeping up a charade is more socially acceptable. But maybe we can go find something better in our lives. I just hate that I saw this coming.

Change is absolutely terrifying. The unknown haunts our dreams as people, and yet we must face it. Without change life is so damn boring, so even if it's scary, it's worth the risk.

Music can hold profound meaning in a person's life. It can be the expression of everything they fear to express. It could be the most intimate and sacred part of their life. And when they share that music with you, they are letting you into their world.

Being numb to something doesn't mean it isn't there. The world is still there, the pain you're hiding from is still there, you're just oblivious to it. This numbness can be dangerous and scary to those around you, because when you're numb you don’t feel the fire of the match that burns your bridges.

Late nights can set one’s mind racing. Thought of worst case scenarios and irrational fear can take over our reality. Overthinking every situation can make our lives a living hell and tear us apart from the inside. But if we put rationality back into our thought process and try to think reasonably we can overcome these worries and fears.

Being happy is great. Being ecstatic is ever better. But being on the top of the world, being on cloud nine, is more happiness than we can even imagine. Its a level of happiness that affects our entire lives and can even affect the people around us. I’m on the top of the world because of you Ally.

Timing is something we hold in very high regard, it can make or break every part of our lives from relationships and friendships to our careers. However we may blame the timing unfairly sometimes, sometimes we might miss our best opportunity because it's not absolutely perfect. Elwen talks about the poor timing throughout his life and the new understanding of timing he now has.

We can’t control everything and we can't fix every problem we are faced with. Sometimes we have to step back and let time heal the wounds words and actions can not. And we cant let the things we can't fix ruin us, Elwen talks about how not caring about things he cant change has helped his life.

We all hate seeing the ones we love hurting. It pains us to see them in emotional turmoil, but sometimes the fear of making it worse can drag us down even more. Elwen talks about his experience with this and how much he hates feeling so… so helpless.
