To serve others is the primary reason for physical abilities. It cannot be misconstrued. Vanity is of tertiary importance. Strength builds respect, it bolsters the body, and it protects those we love. Understand that and embrace it. 

Carry the torch gentlemen. It is your duty and a distinct honor. 

Being completely apathetic or being too emotional are both a problem. We are not meant to hide our emotions neither are we meant to be controlled by them. 

You might find the middle ground where you can express your emotions but also be the rock that your family & the world needs. 

Fruits of labor are not promised immediately. You don't always know when you will strike gold. All you can do is keep swinging the axe. Sharpen it. Swing it again. Day after day. 

Let the journey begin.

Walk & Keep A Good Schedule. 

That may be all you need to do. 

Two options:

1) Become excellent at something. Anything. 

2) When that does not meet that hole in your heart, start finding your identity in a Higher Power. 

Almost everything leads there in the end. 

1/2 of adult men are obese.

1/4 of teenage boys are obese. 

1/2 of both men and boys get enough exercise. 

Men are dying because of a lack of health. The men which the world needs to protect, lead, and foster success. This cannot be allowed anymore. It is time to train. It is time to step up. Not just for your family but for the next generation of all men.

When you know something is wrong, oppressive, & evil, you cannot just be very sad that it is occurring. That does not change the outcome. You must act. You must be knowledgeable. You must wisen up.
