Sell. Just another “four-letter word” for a lot of us. When people describe a bad selling experience we often hear about “pushy”, “impersonal”, “mechanical”. The problem is that bad selling is the norm when it should be the exception. Selling doesn’t have to be bad.
Even for us more heart-led entrepreneurs, we do need to sell to have our business create a positive impact. Good selling comes from a place of authenticity and connection. Good selling aspires to be magnetic and invites people in as opposed to pushing something down their throats.
