In honor of national suicide prevention awareness month, the DDG team wants to do our part in educating our listeners about the importance of breaking the stigma around mental health, specifically in desi families. He has a platform on tiktok and is very open about spreading awareness of mental health in addition to starting his own mental health nonprofit organization. Due to the recent buzz around manifestation and controversial opinions about what exactly is considered religious cultural appropriation, we had a conversation about where the line must be drawn. Some of us had different opinions than others of us, so you’ll get to hear different perspectives. Since this is a heavy subject, we have 7 people in this episode!
