I must say this, there is nothing you can compare a father’s love to but what if you didn’t have the honor and privilege of experiencing a father’s love? Well, for me, I learned how to live vicariously through others concerning this but if you watched Bishop T.D. Today, I just wanted to talk to you briefly as a thought ran through my mind, which was: “Go Your Own Pace to Win Your Own Race!” In a world full of competition, judgement and the like, it is easier sometimes to just conform rather than transform the renewing of our minds. So today, I am sharing a few snippets of my journal entries from way back in 2001, when I was a married woman! I also share a poem I wrote, entitled, “Only God Can”. I was not able to touch on Every Single Lesson I have Learned from my Children, however, I tried to cover at least ten lessons I have learned. It’s amazing for me to see my growth as a parent just by reflecting on some of the conversations I have had with my own child(ren). Listen in as I unpack this subject.
