  • Dear God, Why is it so hard to let go?
This amazing quote sums up this fierce episode with @love_light31" We can't be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, maybe the very reason why you don't have something better." C. JoyBell C

How many times have you recited this question" Why is it so hard to let go?" You probably feel like a broken record but it's natural we are human, we are flawed but we are vessels of growth on this journey of life if our soul is determined to maneuver through the funk and let our inner buddha guide us. It was great to catch up with a familiar voice who I know is a game changer for self growth with conquering so many adversities in life. Share this episode and share the love because two Dominican Sagittarius muchachas in da house, Cue the merengue..

  • Dear God, What's better Leos or Lights?

Second child syndrome to a Leo can be annoying but when you find out JLO is a Leo I guess we can have a conversation, Nah but seriously I was just having a conversation with my eldest brother when I was like "I need to record his Dominican ass and show our listeners our spitting image of our personalities, hype and funny anecdotes. So as he awaits to see his Barber for that infamous fade he's on the hot seat and we get into the details of our opinions on the state of mind of our beautiful countries stupid backwards politics and just to add for all of the people hinting they “think" it’s a good idea how we need to build walls or immigrants need to go back to their countries heres what we have to say because there is a reason why we come to America (sidenote: I was born here and yes my parents came on a plane not a boat) By the way my brother keeps forgetting the podcast is mainly English so excuse the Spanish I try my best to remind him. Wepa cue the merengue or bachata and enjoy.

  • Dear God, What serves me?
This episode is as fierce as the intro pic! This conversation with my old LA roomy @richardson_chery reminds me of our couch chats! I always used to tell him about that magical couch we had for the deepest conversations. Tears, truth, laughter, heated arguments and a little bit of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo at the end. This episode is a surprise chat with a little old fashion prank calling looking for juicy conversations and I was so lucky he picked up the phone and spilled the tea on what makes him wonder with todays world current events and can you believe I added a little 2 cents about politics and people that know me know I NEVER talk about politics I actually respect people and choose not to talk about it simply because I don’t want to and not to mention I like to live in Utopia land. Nah on a serious note this is a no judgment zone so it was so good to just talk no matter what your voice represents. Turn up the volume and share the episode for ya chica because we had a little Dear, Mr. so called president moment.

  • Dear God, What's money got to do with it?
Yes ih this episode we are opening those can of worms or like Cardi B says show me the shmoney....So many people feel uncomfortable talking about money but Coach Toya Credit and Finance expert spills the tea and keeps it real on what you should be doing. Growing up my family never talked about money. You could tell from their emotions that it was an unsaid topic. However; What I did realize that in the latin community in MY experience it was very unheard of to talk about money. Culture does matter, to a degree. A lot of mainstream financial advice assumes that everyone has the basic information, like “Don’t spend everything you make” or “Save 10%.” In reality, different conversations are happening in a lot of African-American and Latin America households. However; Coach Toya is giving us some tools that you'll want to hear that could literally change your life. Live the life you want to live with a sexy budget and being in the 700 club! "You can be the poorest person in the world but if you have good credit you are the richest ( Quote by Papi) Shout out to my Papi!!

  • Dear God, Which is scarier High school or Real World?
Give it up to one of the dopest podcast guests on our show because he's our youngest guest ever!  15 year old Zander comes on our show transparent, raw and in living color of what you might not see from this millennial breed. Besides building his own computers from scratch and his eclectic style of music you will feel inspired and fall in love hoping for nothing but the best for this young lad starting a new adventure "HIGH SCHOOL!!” What drew my attention was the realest moments he faces with all the challenges going on in todays society and his very mature opinion. If you have kids hold them tight at night and if you need some inspiration from an old soul tune in on todays episode!! Did I mention he's ONLY 15 but the things he is doing will leave you flabbergasted!! Get ya popcorn ya’ll ....

Shout out to his mommy and daddy and aunty and the entire tribe that has helped raise him!, (standing ovation)

  • Dear God, How do I use my Voice?
This remarkable episode was all about just that, using your voice but how do I use my voice even when it shakes? Even in fear and during the road bumps of change? What a refreshing episode with a young woman dedicated to run the marathon to get closer to her purpose. Dyna the Dynamite is sharing her tools and secrets of staying positive while celebrating the opportunities. I felt like I was speaking to the woman version of Martin Luther King expressing the truth of sharing your voice and never giving up. You will be inspired for sure during this episode!

  • Dear God, Is life really sweet? w/Special Guest: My Wife!
Dear God, Is life really sweet? When you’re wife @woodwivesjournal is on the mic you tend to have a little too much fun debating on more than what’s for dinner! Q&A with my bae!! See you’ve decided to view life in a certain way. You chose that path on your own. So your certain way of seeing things will be influenced by this perspective. Be careful. Work is not fun. Studying is not fun. Waking up to drive in traffic is not fun. Going to work at a job you hate is not fun. But these are necessary for self-growth. Your future sense-of-self will thank you for it and your higher-self is waiting in the present moment.

My amazing beautiful, intelligent, wife seriously keeps me on my toes because she’s totally not a yes girl and I guess it what makes this episode appealing and for married couples you’ll be nodding away in agreement.( ya’ll know everything ain’t no peaches and cream) Life is what you make of it. You can either make it awesomely rad or drastically sad. You are the source to create meaning in your Life - whatever that means to you. No one is responsible to make sure your Life contains meaning. Only you can be the one to create your Life. Do not let others define it for you because if you do, you will be miserable and you wouldn’t want that, would you? Unless you do.. do you boo, do you…

Shout out to @mindvalley and @datingdivas, We mention how awesome they are on our show and would love if they could be a guest ( who knows right , but you have got to check them out!)

  • Dear God, What do I want?
Can you really be out of questions in this lifetime? This week I am coming to you with something different, something that might make you say hmmm, I guess I need to see it that way or better yet, I absolutely don't agree with you Alicia and either response is awesome because that's what I want you to discover on this episode. Have you been swallowed with goals like a ping pong game back and fourth wondering, doing, waiting. Better yet do people criticize you, label you or judge you for something that is innate within. Can you change that, or better yet why should you change your inner DNA? This week let's' discover some answers together but it's mandatory to be transparent with yourself without the need to mask it with a smile or affirmations glued to your screen.

Today I am your guest speaker. Follow us @deargodarewethereyet.

  • Dear God, What do babies and chickens have in common?
Ironically Babies and Chickens have lots in common. This is episode was super pumped since I had the best time talking to my sista from another mista, my bestie since the age of 5, new mommy with an amazing story from an experience of her miracle baby, while juggling a successful business ; let me intake my beautiful Haitian sista Dominique. We talked about it all under the sun from being raised in the 90's, pacifiers and auditing priorities and even healthy food fads that make us wonder! My chicken babies and her baby aren’t  the only things keeping us up at night. Tune in and remember we welcome all comments because this is a no judgment zone.
