Welcome back everyone! Last week I decided I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could do a dopamine detox for a week. The goal for me was to reset my baseline for stimulation so that my brain doesn't constantly crave these short dopamine grabs. Cutting out social media, music, and any tv for a week forced me to find other ways to fill my time and stimulate my mind.
