Words like C-PTSD, childhood abuse, and narcissistic mothers are heavy and clinical. For over 25 years, I didn't even realize I was living in survival mode - I just thought that heavy atmosphere was normal life. My life in pictures didn't even begin until I was 22 years old.

In this introduction, I share why I created this show: to bring these heavy words to life in a real, human way, to share the story of finding myself after setting my first boundary, and to speak directly to the little girl inside who held the fort for so long.
