Even when it is lonely, even when it is hard, even when you have every reason to be bitter, still operate in love. Some, MOST, people are really sucky, and that is NOT YOUR FAULT. Reflect who YOU want to be in the mirror, not the bitterness they want you to exude. True soul peace is found in love.

Why is dating so hard? Seems even harder in your 30's. Women spend their twenties being a wife to a boy, men spend theirs being a player to a nonexistent game. Women heal in their 30's, men transition to settling down. Both are shamed for their growth and adjustment and held in their past. Where is the alignment? Where are the realistic boundaries ladies? Where is the accountability and true growth, men? You can STOP allowing behaviors and heal at any age you choose to. There is no time limit or age limit of breaking patterns and generational curses. Both sides deserve grace.

This episode covered a social media status I made 5/23 about never feeling seen. It sparked interest, so I felt compelled to share here. When the world shuts us out, it is so easy to feel disregarded. Life goes on while we are paralyzed. This can create thoughts of not being worthy like other people seem to be. You are seen. You are worthy. You have to align with rooms that are meant for your purpose. Some rooms may be small, with just a few people, that is ok.

This episode covers no longer listening to other peoples perception of us. As humans, we seek validation. We want to be seen and loved and valued. The wrong people will fill your head with THEIR perception and you self actualize it. You walk with the shadow of other people who dimmed your light. Your validation comes from within. What if the good thing is true? It is ok to believe.
