Why is it that even after we've learned a lesson, or seen what happens when we ignore specific red flags in people, we somehow recycle the same relationship? We recreate the same dynamics that exhausted us and caused us to negotiate boundaries and abandon ourselves in the process. In this episode, I explore some of the conditions that shape that experience.

Many women and even men think that what men want and only really care and think about is sex. Which is on the list, no doubt about that. But when men mature there are things that they begin to crave, yearn, and desire from their partner that has little to nothing to do with her physical body or appearance.

The more men can take the time to look and address how much their relationship with their mother has impacted and continues to influence their relationship with women as an adult, the less difficult it will be for women to feel safe with men.
In this episode, I explore what impedes a man's evolution, and the stories that skew his perception of the women around him.

The idea of purity and the experience of being slut shamed are closely linked but also originate from the minds of men who want to not just control women, but reduce the risk of rejection.
In this episode, I show how each of these is connected, and the harm it causes women but also men that uphold it.

I've noticed in my life an inability to properly process rejection and realized how I was also not alone in this. That there were a lot of men around me and even men I looked up to that didn't also know how to navigate the feeling of being rejected. So in this episode, I explore how this failure to cope and process rejection influences the behaviors and patterns of many, and even determines what personality they choose to embody.

We can easily witness and state how technology is made in our image, but how often do we take the time to really integrate what this means? If our phones are a reflection of us, what experiences and stories are taking the most storage? What conversations have over 5GB of data? What can we clear in order to make room for new, more resistant love, relationships, and opportunities?
In Part 3 of 3, we bring everything we've unpacked in parts one and two, full circle. Looking at the power of understanding, and how it is understanding that moves the fear, anger, or guilt we may uncover as we return home to ourselves, into higher frequencies such as compassion, love, and joy.
Growing up we enjoyed films and stories like Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Rapunzel the list goes on. But each of these stories carries the same energy and underlying meaning, they point us to a story that is taking place inside. Where a part or aspect of ourselves seems to have been abandoned or rejected and now awaits our return. In this episode, we explore what are these aspects that we've abandoned and how can we begin to welcome them back home.
In Part 1 of 3 episodes, we unpack one of the biggest factors that lead us to repeat the same lessons in new forms, when it comes to our relationships. Something is happening on a subconscious level that is causing us to date the same person with a new face. To go through the same experiences and dynamics of relationships as the ones we have known and experienced growing up with our parents.
