But why are there still many people don't acknowledge the importance of having a therapist and is nothing to be embarrassed about? In this episode, Tiffany will be sharing her story with how she has tried to seek help and stigma surrounding therapist.

I am sure all of you are familiar with our best friend COVID! It has been impacting all of us for the past two years! Now that more countries start to finally open up, Tiffany is so happy to see that the world starts to become normal again. So in this episode, Tiffany will be talking about how COVID has been continuing to impact her life and how COVID has changed since the beginning. Plus tricks and tips on how she tries to keep as hygienic as possible!

If you have not realised, teachers actually play a huge part in your life and impact some major decisions that you make in life. Not only do they teach you the knowledge they know but they are like your second family. In this Episode, Tiffany will be sharing some unique and special relationships she has with her teachers and how much teachers actually meant to her! She will also be sharing how she shows her gratitude to her teachers during the past year!

Health is probably the most important thing in life because it is what keeps you alive but is also something that not many people know the full definition to. They might not always go in the ways that we planned or wanted! In this episode, Tiffany will be sharing her struggle with health in the past few years of getting sick frequently and the stories of her loves ones that made her realise the importance of health. Plus tricks and tips on how to stay healthy physically and mentally!

Every decision you made in life could trigger regrets and everyone will go through regrets. In fact, everyone probably went through regrets already at some point in their lives. In today's episode, Tiffany will be sharing the three stages of regrets that she thinks people have throughout their lives and how she has dealt with regrets that she had in the past 17 years of her being in this world. Plus how she handled the sadness that possibly comes with when you are having regrets.

Public exams are everyone’s worst nightmare especially if they happened during a global pandemic! In this episode, Tiffany will be sharing her story with IGCSE, her insecurities about grades and how to deal with public exam stress when the past two years have already been super stressful for everyone! Plus tricks and tips on how to manage home school and many more!
EPISODE 1: DEAR GRIEF
Grief is a stage where everyone will go through at some point in their life. The biggest grief that you probably can think of will be losing someone you loved that passed away. But is that all to grief? Tiffany has recently lost her favourite teacher in a motorcycle accident. She will be sharing her story and how she has been handling her grief. Plus tricks and tips on how to help someone that is going through grief as well.
