In today's episode, I talk to Jake Grossman - a dedicated yoga teacher in Seattle and true representation of what it means to live the 8-limbs. So, what is yoga anyways? How can it ignite our healing process and create an overall better world? Jake and I talk about what yoga is, how we fell in love with the practice and how YOU can too. Yoga doesn't have to be intimidating, and in fact, that's the core intention of this episode. I found yoga at the peak of my darkest hour. I was on anti-depressants and struggling for my will to live. Without this essential, beautiful practice, the world would not be the same.
