Pour a glass of wine, this is an episode that hits the feels and gets a litttttle dirty! Today on the podcast I chat with the beautiful Amrit-Sadhana Boyd of Body Bliss Life. Amrit-Sadhana is a holistic health and anxiety coach and I was so lucky to come across her Instagram page (be sure to follow her!). She has found that no matter how much trauma you survive, how depressed or anxious you are, or how hopeless you feel, you can heal and live joy in your body mind and spirit. It was her experience in changing her relationship with her own anxiety that she realized she could help others too. Today's conversation was total girl-talk and therapy. We talk about coping with loss, female sexuality, awakenings, dating and all things post-divorce thriving.

How do you set a boundary? My friend, you're not alone. It's hard work. You can read Manjeet's blog and join any of her workshops by visiting www.infinitebalance.net. Join me in her next women's circle or workshop! In this episode we discuss ways to pause, take time for yourself as a sensitive person and more. I hope this episode helps you navigate ways to put yourself first, while still being intentional about your relationships.

So... you've probably heard the term past life. What is a past life, really? How can we heal our trauma through hypnosis and past life discovery? In today's episode, I talk with Leisa Peterson - not only is she an amazing woman, but she is an author, podcaster and healer. I learned so much about past life regression (hypnosis) and I had many "ah ha" moments in this conversation! On my journey to meet my highest self, this was illuminating and I hope it brings you some clarity as well. Whether you believe or not, you have to admit, this is pretty amazing.

Buckle up queens and kings, we're diving into Tarot 101 and talking about what it is and how YOU can use it to enhance your spiritual journey. Tarot is hands down the biggest spiritual tool in my modern journey and I couldn't wait to talk about it with the person to introduced me to it, my goddess Gemini friend Cacee! In this episode, we talk about the history of tarot, what it is, how you find your deck, how you cleanse your deck, what a reading looks like, what questions to ask your deck and how you can learn to do readings on yourself or another if that's your goal. We also discuss the myths and stigmas associated with this sacred process.
Ask us ANYTHING regarding any of the tools or resources mentioned in this episode.

Today's show features Ryan Dreyfuss - not only is he my brother, but he owns Relic Body Arts in Las Vegas and his entire body is an art canvas. Tattoos, piercings, body mod and everything in between. What does it all mean as we journey home to ourselves to be more accepting of our bodies and our emotional journey? We talk about how the world judges him and the community based on the art on his skin and how ultimately, none of that matters if you are happy with yourself. This conversation was enlightening and meaningful and I hope you love it as much as I loved recording it! If you find yourself in Las Vegas and want to get your own piercing or tattoo in honor of your journey (or just because, well, you fricken want to!) then make an appointment with Relic.
