I RETURN WITH MY COMRADE THE CARDIO KILLER TO DICUSS METAL RECROD PRODUCTION, MIXING, MASTERING, AND HOW THAT POSITIVELY OR NEGATIVELY IMPACTS RECORDS WE LOVE, THE NEW DEFEATED SANITY, APOCALYPSE TRAINING, MORGUE.

Welcome, freaks! Venture INTO THE VOID, to our NEW podcast series, RIFFS & LIFTS!! Where we are covering.. you guessed it… heavy metal. And lifting weights. and all things death, horror, and fitness related you’d ever want to know about. My parter in crime on this one is the cardio killer, Schuler of death drive 90.5. this gruesome twosome has teamed up to bring you Weekly music updates, reviews, nerd rage ramblings, riffs, lifts, and blood. etc. ENJOY THE SECOND EPISODE AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU’D LIKE TO HEAR ABOUT!

Straight edge blackened hardcore from the depths of Michigan, “x Iron Sharpens Iron x” is a project from Larry Passenier that delivers a powerful message. Tune to hear how struggle, depression, anxiety, & suicide can be prevented through self actualization and a lot of heavy music. Larry is an awesome dude, check out his shit at the links below. Proceeds from his record go to suicide prevention.

THEY TRIED TO KILL THEM… THEY KEEP COMING BACK!! After a small bout of technical difficulty probably due to illumanti interference with the signal due to all the groundbreaking content being unearthed, our first podcast was mysteriously inaudible as the legend of the lost episode lives on….

BUT ALAT! The Cardio Killer is BACK and we are more prepared with death metal nerd power than ever before. we talk the classics, what new bands you should keep an eyeball on, how we’re staying healthy in quarantine, cardio, weightlifting, blood drinking, cannibal corpse, and if Chuck Schuldiner were still alive he’d be… LISTEN TO FIND OUT!

Thanks to THE CARDIO KILLER, Schuler of Death Drive 90.5, for doing this. Let us know if you’d like this to be a regular thing… and what YOU’D LIKE TO HEAR ABOUT!

Our favorite phantom limb powerlifter brother RETURNS to the podcast to drop infinite knowledge on how to get stronger during quarantine, staying healthy & positive, how to cope with canceled concerts (we are fin we swear), and much more. It was tough pulling him apart from the squat rack in his iron dungeon, but it was worth it. I love this dude. Cheers freaks, enjoy this talk with FRANKENJAHN!

It’s always nothing short of an intergalactic firestorm of biblical proportions, ideas, horrors, love, & laughter when my actual brother Wyatt Hagerty creeps into The Crypt… and THIS Easter Sabbath Sunday Special episode proves to be absolutely no exception!!! JOIN US as we offer low key spiritual insight on how to survive the quarantine, bettering yourself to change the world, aligning your inner kingdom through meditation & carnivore diets, Scooby Doo on LSD, relationship advice, and too much more.

Godzilla vs King Kong, Sub-Zero vs Scorpion, Alein vs Predator; DCL vs Wyatt Hagery.

Keep holy thy Sabbath Sunday Iron Worship.

Thanks for listening, freaks.

Rejoice, freaks!! The Podcast cannot be quarantined!! we have returned with none other than legendary extreme metal vocalist, Mike Disalvo. initially Becoming known as the guy with enough power to usurp lord worm’s throne as vocalist for legendary Canadian death metal band cyptopsy, mike far from stopped there. We discuss many world-changing topics such as his new masterpiece of a record, “Come Forth To Me” by Akurion (out NOW via Redefining Darkness Records.. . dig up our review here) and the hard path leading up to its release, his good old times spent in Cryptopsy, continuing to pursue his passion with many other projects, and much more. Mike is the actual coolest and I could not be more honored and humbled to get a chance to talk to him. Now, GO BACK TO THE WORMS. And listen to this.

Adam, who we will refer to from here on out as The Taco King, is a fellow solider within The Lifting Dead Army. Additionally, he is a contributor to the magicians at Other Worldly Culture Radio, where you can find the best of the weirdest, Movies, Wrestling, Music, Comic Books, Toys & even more!! When we’re not lifting weights & drinking blood, we’re talking horror movies & drinking coffee.

On this special edition of Tales From The Lift I am in my favorite record store in Pittsburgh, Vinyl Remains, having an in-depth conversation with the owner & mastermind Greg Anderson. We discuss the importance everything from vinyl records & VHS’s, to Michael Myers & Curtis Mayfield, the value of nostalgia in entertainment, drugs & Disneyland, and changing the world through music. Greg is a wonderful dude with a wealth of experience the game, making this one of our personal favorite podcasts to date. And if it don’t kill you.. YOU’L BE BEGGING FOR MORE!! Thank you for doing this, G.
