In the first of this two-part episode, William Noguera, who co-hosts Death Row Diaries live from San Quentin Prison's Death Row, examines an incident he had with a murderous prisoner named Trigger. What could go wrong?

William Noguera, who co-hosts Death Row Diaries live from San Quentin Prison's Death Row, describes an incident he witnessed in which a fellow inmate was killed on the prison yard. The event went down in a matter of a few seconds, up-close and personal. When all was said and done, a prisoner named Timothy Pride lost his life.

Aileen Wuornos suffered through an incestuous childhood and eventually the rage of her unjust upbringing got the best of her. As a self-described "Truckstop hooker" she went on a murder spree, killing the men who picked her up on dark stretches of highway. Her own words may say it best, "I robbed them, and I killed them as cold as ice, and I would do it again. And I know I would kill another person because I've hated humans for a long time."

Dennis Rader dubbed himself the BTK Killer, standing for Bind, Torture, Kill. He was able to accomplish his sadistic goals, and got away with terrorizing the community of Wichita, Kansas, for quite a while. Fortunately, his ego and need for attention caught up to him and he was apprehended, but not before wreaking a lot of havoc and destroying many lives in the process. BTK is currently in prison, where he will die broken and alone.

Luis Garavito is appropriately known as The Beast in his native Colombia. He has admitted to raping and killing nearly two hundred boys, and everyone knows the real number to be much higher, making him quite possibly the most prolific serial killer of all time. As frightening as this story is, the worst part may be that he's about to be released from prison.

Co-Hosts Matt Ralston and William Noguera discuss the exploits of Lonnie Franklin Jr, who was dubbed "The Grim Sleeper" because he supposedly took a long break from committing serial murders. This turned out to not be accurate, but nobody seemed to notice. Franklin was a perverse, dangerous man. Noguera served time with him on San Quentin Prison's Death Row and shares insights based on his observing of this sallow pig's behaviors.

Matt Ralston talks to Co-Host William Noguera, who shares his insights from his decades behind bars on San Quentin's Death Row. This is a place where survival is far from guaranteed, and people with ill intentions lurk behind every corner.

In Part 2 the guys wrap up Charles Manson's exploits, and detail what seemed to be a cozy relationship with certain authorities. Noguera shares a few stories of the times he interacted with Charles Manson on the prison yard of San Quentin. Apparently, the other guys on Death Row didn't get the memo that Manson was Jesus Christ incarnate. Tough times.
