NFT’s.
What are they?
Are they for real, here to stay, a fad, how do we purchase them, what currency, can
we design our own, the list of questions are endless. So we discuss all this today
with Rupert Runewitsch from The GALL3RY By Kollectiff, and Courtney Kovacevich,
web3/NFT Advisor & Entrepreneur, explaining to the rest of us mortals about the
ABC’s of NFT’s, including the currency used to purchase them.
Getting into the world of NFT’s is NOT as complicated as it once was, and if you have
even a small interest in this space, you must tune in to hear our show. Can you
design your own? Yes. Can you purchase an NFT from an established artist for a
reasonable price? Yup. In fact, The GALL3RY by Kollectiff may soon accept purchase
through credit cards, and Rupert will talk about that. Courtney also joins is to discuss
women in crypto, and it’s wide open.
Join our discussion, and invite your friends, too. Because while some say NFT’s and
crypto are a fad, I say NO WAY, so let’s figure out how to get into the space and
become part of a trend that’s quickly becoming mainstream. #DeborahKobyltLIVE on

Please welcome to our show, #LuciaGiardina, entrepreneur, actor, and founder of #LuciasKitchen.
Lucia has an interesting story, and we start at the beginning, when she was a young girl, cooking with her mama and
grandma in the kitchen. By age 12, she was preparing full meals for the entire family in Torino, Italy, and it was her family
who encouraged her to jar her tomato sauce, and finally, she did. And here we are today.
Licia’s sauce is made from all fresh ingredients, just reheat and incorporate into your favorite foods. In fact, throughout our
interview, she gives us the “secret sauce” so we can try to replicate at home. Lucia also shares with us her early Italian
influences, what it’s like living and doing business here in the U.S., and also how she went from expert sauce maker to
actor. We’d love to know!

Please welcome to our show today, Su Oh, Senior VP of Education, Exhibitions, and Community Engagement at
the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles, currently showcasing the amazing #JaneGoodall exhibit, “Becoming
Jane.”
I’ve admired Ms. Goodall my entire life, for her kindness, foresight in knowing all beings are related, her research,
and of course her work as a woman in a field that often didn’t consider women in prominent roles. Jane changed all
that. The #BecomingJane exhibit runs now through April, and features so much, from Jane’s research notes from
the field, her pop-up accommodations, photos, never-before-seen footage from her time researching chimpanzees,
stories about her childhood, and so much more, and we’ll talk about that.
We will also speak with Su about her work at the Museum, including working with schools, updating the
outdoor-indoor experience at the Museum, the sold-out First Fridays seasons, Summer Nights in the Garden, Dino
Fest, and more. And that’s a lot, especially without a dino-sized budget.
Please join me LIVE, and on demand on all video and audio podcast platforms of #DeborahKobyltLIVE. Thanks for
tuning in, and RUN to visit “Becoming Jane” before it’s gone!
“Love, Peace, and Vegetables,” the title of this stunning book by #MarcelaBenson, which sets the stage for a marvelous discussion about how what we feed our bodies reflects in every way on how we move through the world physically and mentally. The book is a stunning 444-page Bible of recipes, thoughts, photos, and more about mindful eating, cooking, and treatment of self. It’s about taking a moment to understand how we treat ourselves, and the fuel we need to be our best for ourselves, families and our communities.
She also talks about her children, and how a healthy combination of foods helped heal certain ailments that some wanted to treat with pharmaceuticals. I’ve interviewed many authors about their journeys with food, Marcela is someone I truly connected with from the inside out. Now, if only I could cook like her!
Please enjoy our show on all audio and video platforms of #DeborahKobyltLIVE, and invite your friends too. We look forward to hearing from you. #DeborahZaraKobylt
