influencer marketing gone wrong. for a lot of black and brown content creators, it is typical to be underpaid or dismissed by larger brands. with the most recent controversy, tarte cosmetics, does it again, where their chosen black creators were excluded from the itinerary and replaced by more black creators, who were chosen last minute. it was blown out of proportion via social media with black creators holding the fall when it was tarte's wrongdoing.

this is about my first corporate experience from hell like i have gained so much insight from it. with me being a recent grad, jobs will take advantage and try to pump out so much work from you with such little pay, so this is that type of story. i will definitely touch base on a different ep on how i maneuvered, but this ep is a tell all with red flags to look out for within that new job. enjoy!
