This week, the federal Supreme Court heard arguments in a gun rights case launched by the New York Rifle and Pistol Association against a gun transport bill which had been implemented in New York City. Robert Spitzer, Distinguished Service Professor and Chair of the Political Science Department at SUNY Cortland, explained the impacts this could have on New York City and gun rights across the nation.
