Albert Einstein famously called compound interest the 8th wonder of the world (I don't know who can verify this) and he isn't wrong. But what he forgets to mention is that interest can also be your greatest enemy.
Interest is one of those words that is used throughout personal finance and if you don't fully understand what it means, then the rest of personal finance will be hard to understand. Making money while eating food sounds like a dream job for many, but the way that Olivia got there is interesting because she didn't go to a 4-year culinary school.
While going to get her degree at Washington University, she got a 6-month degree at Le Cordon Bleu. It's similar to a certification.
