Declutter Your Overwhelmed Mind with Gail Kreitzer

Listen Later

Do you feel overwhelmed with the amount of responsibilities and commitments in your life?  You’re not alone - in today’s world it seems like everyone is spread too thin trying to keep up.

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the wonderful Gail Kreitzer. Gail is a former Human Resources professional turned certified Success & Leadership Coach, who specializes in helping entrepreneurs and emerging leaders live with less stress and greater intention. She is the Creator of the Dashboarding Method to help improve mind management and personal empowerment and Inventor of the My Dashboard Planner. After 10+ years of trying to ‘do it all’, Gail believes "getting to less" is an essential strategy of living the fullest life possible.

After prioritizing her career, her family, and others expectations of her, Gail found herself burnt out and overwhelmed. This breaking point led Gail to look deeper at the habits and practices she had implemented in her life and she discovered that by doing things differently and putting herself first, less was more.  Gail has since created the Dashboarding Method, the framework to help her get to less which allows you to unpack your busy mind, step outside of yourself, and gain awareness and clarity so that you can focus on living with greater intention.

Tune in to Episode 36 of the Joy Found Here podcast to learn from Gail on how the Dashboarding Method can help you declutter your overwhelmed mind!
