I genuinely believe that holding on to grudges or emotional pain results in all sorts of physical illnesses. These are the ways I believe will help to get you started for the year.

1. Have the will/ make the choice

2. Evaluate your life and be honest

3. Take the time to be still or meditate

4. Feel the emotions as many times as you need.

5. Take it easy on yourself and be patient.

Many big businesses need to do better in terms of what they ask of their employees and what they give. It seems like the term 'professional family', does not go beyond their wallet to reach their heart. It is no surprise that their is a GREAT RESIGNATION happening globally.

People who lie to themselves and say that making-money is a bad thing just lack ambition. Wealth does not just land in your bank account, it is something that is accumulated over time, through hard work as a result of adding value to people's lives.

Make some goals, does not have to be big but make some so you end the year much better than when you started (which is TODAY).

I believe a mistake can only be made once, afer that it is a choice. How many times did you put your hand in boiling water as a child before you knew not to do it again?.. The answer is probably once. You call an action a mistake once, the second time it is a decision.  This is the understanding

Selfishness clearly has a bad connotation to it, for good reason of course. But it is still needed to a degree. The problem comes when you get good things for yourself at the expense of other people. After all, you can’t give to people what you don’t have

This is a question that I would like to assume plagues people’s minds, when they see us stand up for ourselves. Perhaps we do not tolerate the disrespect they so badly want to give us but rather we reject it and instead of taking accountability for the way they treat, it’s more fitting for them to label us as ‘angry’. After all, the black woman is the most disrespected person in the society. 🤷🏾‍♀️
