The reason we may feel distressed or unhappy on social media is because we only see the ‘successes’ that people post. In the moment, we tend to forget that they don’t post their failures just like us. We only post the good things that happen in our lives and dismiss the fact that other people’s lives are just as normal as ours but social media can magnify whatever feeling it makes us feel.

The big question of why?, when it comes to narcissistic people and abuse. Why do they do what they do? Did they go through more pain than the rest of us? Or more pain than the rest of us?
