Was Jesus born again? What Ken, those them thar, be fighten’ words. Ha I know right Jesus born again. The King of kings and the Lord of lords born again. I thought that taking that bath was only for the dirty sinner right? So, but when I first read this, I was like, no, no, no these peeps missed it, whoever they are has missed it. Jesus was a perfect man, born sinless and without fault. 

Look:

Heb 4:15 - 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.

No sin, no need to be born again right! I mean isn’t that what we believe? Well, in my opinion we are not really taught but told in many of our churches. And you can’t hardy blame the tolders, because the body of Christ has gotten used to being told what Christianity is and isn’t and not so much equipped to do Christianity. Doing Christianity is very different that learning about the history of Christianity and what we should and shouldn’t be doing, saying, speaking, attending, etc, blah, blah, blah. Look, one more thing and then I will move on from this “my passion”, which is to equip the saints for the work of ministry, and to encourage you to get to know God as if you believed He is a knowable God....

So, this is kind of interesting because this message can go in many directions. I got the title as I was ruminating and rummaging through my thoughts as I journeyed from Paradise to Chico this morning. I was thinking about what it would be like to put Jesus in an interview situation in order to ask Him questions. You know like the Pharisees did to Him all the time, but for me, it wouldn’t be for the same purpose. 

But then a better fish floated to the top of the water and it was the famous switch fish and I epiphanied away at this idea; what if it were Jesus interviewing you, me, us after you, me us died or rather as I like to put it, after you, me, us left our opportunity to get to know God and obey Him while living in the corrupt 1st edition of our body? You also see now that I have to explain why I said your body. And well I said it because in the interview, which hasn’t yet started, you might be inclined, if possible to defend your position, assuming you are not saved, by blaming others for what they did to you, that is to your spirit, soul, and/or body. Yup it might just come up that if Jesus were to ask you, why you chose not to surrender your toe-up-life for His, that you might say something like this lady did: 

“Well Jesus life was so difficult…

How about I point blank you before I explain and support my position? Now even though the message will be discussing the church, it is totally about His developing and arriving bride. Stay with me, get your revelation on, and be renewed in your soft gushy mind.

The church is for the people of God, the kids of God, the called-out ones, it is not for the devils kids who willing want to follow the devil their daddy for now. Doesn’t mean they cannot get born again, but just not so long as they willingly follow their daddy the devil. It’s a sin driven life whereby ours is a spiritual walk always keeping it 100.

So now its brass tack time: 

Revelation 19:-7 - 7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 

Hosea 2:19-20 -  19 “I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me
In righteousness and justice, In lovingkindness and mercy; 20 I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, And you shall know the Lord.

Faithfully guided, draw near to where the

blessing of love shall preserve you!

Triumphant courage, the reward of love,

Joins you in all of eternity through faith

as the most blessed of brides.

Ok, ok, I know even I was a bit apprehensive about this title, but remember I get titles and then the message drops, and because you are you and I am me, there is no way you can see where this is going with a title like that. So, for the Nubians on this Podcast, don’t be thrown off by the title, hang in there and in so doing ask God to give you the revelation of what is surely to be a very powerful message. 

The title of this message is Get Saved & Die

In fact, I know this so much because I was just now working on another message titled, “Salvation is Dangerous”, and in my making fun at that title I wrote down some alternate titles, but so and when as I was writing this one down and chuckled at its bluntness, I knew God is, was, and did say to me to go there. Ha, can you imagine God telling you to go there in your ministry. Well, he created me to be forward-facing which simply means that I can be blunt because the message will come from my heart.

What another message using a play on words? Yup only this is a message about a weapon that satan used to resurrect your flesh. The very flesh that died with Jesus? Yes that old you. Let’s look so that we can be sure this message will be buoyed by the strength of the truth of scriptures.

Gal 2:20 - I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

 Gal 5:24 - And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

 Rom 6:4 - Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

 Col 2:12 – 13 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.
And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses...

Well I think it's time for a Podcast statistical update. I think you should know who else is listening in besides you. I started this podcast June 28, 2022 so I am just heading into my 9-month of chit-chat. I suspect that I am not the only Christian that wants to know if God is in the thing we believe that He has called us to be in right? One way is to look at the fruit, not the time it takes to fruit-out if you will but the fruit that has appeared. 

You know if someone or two says that this ministry is going to be a global ministry. You kind of want to see evidence of that after you have been in it a while.  

So without further delay I will read to you the following countries and city/states that are listening to this right along with you. Ha you are never alone and yes based on what I see God does have the intention of sending these messages to the globe. Now you can help, you know he likes it when we help Him…I know, I know right…He doesn’t need our help, but nonetheless He really enjoys working right along side of His created ones. Freedom from guilt or evil; innocence. What? You mean I am innocent and in right standing before God, now that I am an authentically born-again believer who among many other things, including the fact that I am a new creation, am also one who is pure? I’ll take it and leave the rest behind. This definition is so far from what I used to be, and not because I used to think so, but because outside of Christ, this is how God saw me. The opposite of pure.

2 Cor 6:6 - 6 by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by [a]sincere love...

Matt 5:48 - 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

Cut are we from the same cloth right?

Matt 19:21 - 21 Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”

Notice Jesus didn’t say you would be saved but that you could be perfect and follow Jesus. Even Jesus knew how to wait before gospel inundating someone. 

Now we are talking! Perfection here. I remember as a kid that I often wondered why this thing, that is consistently doing things right – being perfect, wasn’t possible. It is super possible that I wondered of such things due to being abused by my father beginning at around 5-yrs of age. In and through the process the bible was read to me and it may have been that it was understood in a 5-year old mind that perfection was unachievable depending on the scriptures being read to me? But my young mind wanted to know why? Ha yes hey God why can’t we be perfect? I know it was 56-years ago and I still remember talking to God about perfection. I was intrigued with God as if I really believed He was real. I remember closing my eyes really tight and trying to find Him in the darkness of my mind. Try it its ok we won’t look.

So righteousness doesn’t mean that you will always be right. In fact you know that your off when you understand that right and wrong are in another world. Righteousness has friends that make contributions such as purity, blamelessness, and holy to name a few. Fighting to be right is exactly the same thing as fighting someone for a piece of fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. No one ever fights to be righteous and I bet you should whana know why.

The title of this message is: Sinless

Pfweah, I don’t even know how to spell pfweah but if I could it should look like pfwaeh. Ha Did you say sinless Ken? 

Oh but you mean like after I can no longer be hurt because I’m dirt right? Nope. I mean based on the journey we are continuing in as Christian peeps. A storied Analogy: like a Cheetah chasing down a Hamster at full speed, sin can do the same to you, and if it catches up to you, you should not partake of its delicacies. Rebuke it, rebuke it, re-buke it. There is power in the name of Jesus.

You see while we were dancing in it, that is sin, God called forth His seed buried deep in our hearts, placed in us before the earth was ever formed, and we got to experience being born-again while wallowing in sin up to our necks. Go ahead and thank the person who planted and watered the word of God resting as seed in your heart.
