This message is about the value of reading your Bible, the steps for gaining revelation from the Word, and an example or two of what the maturity process looked like in the times of Jesus. If you have a Bible reading plan that is working then I would ask that you not toss it out. It is working or in other words you are growing from the exercise of reading and applying what it says the way you are studying it so why change. Changing your reading plan won’t make you more committed to change, you have to want to change. One of the most motivating things for me to want to change is to look at the difference between my life and the life of Christ. When I have loathed and gagged to googling enough, I am more open to allowing the Word to transform my thinking and being.

When I was a kid I always liked watching the Three Stooges. Perhaps it was funny that three grown men would act a kind of way. The eye poke was pretty amusing as well as concerning because I wasn’t sure if it was real or not. Well…this is an eye poke message but meant to be administered kindly.

greatest plagues we are facing today, (also known as the Laodicean Church age) and I have the most earnest desire to eradicate this plague from our earthly church today. No, not all churches are missing it, but in saying this, I challenge you to find one that operates as them ol' preacher boys did in the book of Acts. This ministry isn't trying to get the attention of our Lord Jesus by being the biggest most glamorous, most relevant for today's culture church the heavenly host has ever cast their eyes upon. We are after the one's that know that they know, that they know, there has to be more than what most churches are chatting about in these times. And where, by God, is the power that is to accompany the preachers preach? Christian peeps it is time to pluck our Christian heads out of the sands of inefficiencies and ineffectiveness and join our Lord in the battle on the surface of this earth.

For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
