Deeper Access

[dpr_xs_podcast_112_glassz]

Our next podcast contribution is a deep and winding 100-minute-trip through the depths of various genres, which was put together by Wrocław based Glassz.

Glassz is the Head of music editorial & programming at Radio LUZ 91.6FM, where he is hosting a radio show named "Burn The Roots" every Thursday for 5 years already & he is also one of the promoters behind a party series called "SPLOT".

We stumbled upon Glassz when he made an appearance at Hör Berlin. He instantly catched us with his well curated selection of music. So we are super glad to have him in our podcast series. His mix shows how much this guy loves diggin, exploring and playing new electronic music in a wide range of styles and tempos.

We hope you enjoy the musical journey as much as we did.

Please welcome Glassz.

[dpr_xs_podcast_110_eafhm]

Our next dpr_xs_podcast episode is a soothing one hour live recording by an artist we follow for some time now and who has an incredible diverse musical output, both as a musician and as the founder of "Secuencias Temporales", a label who describes itself with the words "Multidisciplinary Exploration in the purest and deepest version of the work of our artists.". He put together this live recording focusing on subsonic frequencies, ambient and drone with subtle changes and progressions - half of it is done digitally modulated live and the other half is done analog with some machines. Please welcome Eafhm.

So go for a walk with your headphones on or just lean back and close your eyes while listening to this mix. Big up Barefoot.

Round 107 comes from the irish DJ DOS75. He's been behind the decks for quite some years now and frequently delivers output on platforms like jungletrain.net or unknown.fm. His sets usually aren't shorter than 1h, with himself always making sure to create storytelling mixes. His podcast for us is full of 90s jungle oldschool vibes, perfect to spice up your autumn game. Nothing more to say, enjoy!

While our project is taking a little summer break, we are happy to present you a little gift in the meantime. Here is Deeper Access podcast no. 105, this time contributed by @iam-istota from Poznań, Poland. We've been following his musical journey for a while now. Istota released on forward thinking labels like Ronin Ordinance, Literature Recordings and Mindtrick Records - and plus, he is the label owner of Black Crane. If you haven't heard of his label before, you should be sure to check it out! [dpr_xs_podcast_104_septic]

We're starting fresh into the new week with podcast #104, kindly contributed by Septic, one of the founders of Sudden Hearing (Chemnitz, Germany). Running the project since 2013, they provide the local scene with the deeper and liquid shades of DnB and also Dubstep. With the opening of the 'Transit' club they started a joint-venture project called ‘[Re]Turn' with a bunch of friends, frequently delivering a broad spectrum of international artists and sounds for the city. For Deeper Access, Septic prepared a razor sharp dubstep mix, so get your gun fingers ready.

Thanks and big up!
