Today we discuss physician burnout in Pathology- with special guest Edna Garcia, first author of the recent AJCP article "The American Society for Clinical Pathology’s Job Satisfaction, Well-Being, and Burnout Survey of Pathologists.” We are also joined by Dr. Brown, the Chief Officer of Medical Quality at ASCP, who speaks about experiencing burnout and ways to make it better.
