Deeply Here

In this episode, I have the pleasure of introducing you to Meghan Cowens. We had the most exquisite conversation around the Queen archetype. She shared her wisdom around what embodying the Queen looks like for her, what this energy requires of us, how it relates to everything in our lives... From relationships, to art, to resources, to the way we meet our challenges and the capacity we can hold for the totality of our human experience.

The Queen is about being here. The Queen is efficient in relating to all beings and all situations. The Queen feels safe in her body creating a field of safety for others. The Queen nourishes the village. The Queen is an invitation to RISE!

In this episode, I share with you a delicious practice that changed the way I pray. The direction of our prayers marks the relationship we have with The Divine. I grew up believing that I was praying to a God out there, somewhere. Now I know God is in here, available and accessible. The BIG SWEATY PRAYER is a way of creating inner space so we have the bandwidth to hold more. The more we can hold the more we can serve and be present with the intensity of the world. This is an invitation to open up to your sacred rage and grief as the gatekeepers of your joy. Allow Joy to be your prayer. Your prayer for your life. Your prayer for humanity. Your prayer for the planet.

In this episode, I'm sharing with you a recent insight I had that has helped me see my own story through a different lens. It revolves around these 3 energetic fields: The Teacher, The Teachings, and The Tribe. In the past 15 years, I've met many teachers, immersed in many teachings, and been part of many tribes and they've all woven their own wisdom into my life. There have been intensely challenging learnings, deep gratitude for what they taught me and now, I find myself in the space I've always longed for and I'm DELIGHTED to share that with you!

This week’s episode is different than the ones before. It’s been a heartbreaking week. We can feel the waves of it in one way or another. I felt like sharing with you what’s been in my heart and my own kind of medicine for times like this.

I mention The Invocation of The Seventh Seal - A part of the mystical teachings of The Gene Keys. It’s one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had and I keep coming back to it over and over. If you feel called to it, here is the link:

In this episode, I had the JOY of talking to Helena Woods about astrocartography, the astrology of places. It’s a fascinating exploration of the places in the world that hold particular energies for you based on your birth details. There are places that feel like home, that are soft and nourishing, and places that bring up lessons and challenges that will help you grow.

I offered myself as an example and we explored the energy of where I live, where I was born, where I met my husband, and places I’ve never been to.

You can find Helena on IG @mshelenawoods, her beautiful youtube channel, and her offering of astrocartography readings.

In this episode I'm sharing with you what's brewing in my cauldron:

Putting together the finishing touches of the tarot deck and the powerful process of creating new memories.

My journey through the Pearl Retreat - The part of the Gene Keys teaching relating to money and prosperity and how it has radically changed the way I'm creating, how it has shifted my relationship to money and the fire ignited in my belly to bring these teachings as part of my sacred service.

NATURA - A 4week journey through the Codes of Creation is my latest open portal and how this is ultimately an invitation for you to partner with your own nature and reinstall a pattern of deep trust in life.

In this episode, we will be exploring the nature of our shadows. We have the tendency to over-indulge our shadow patterns and forget that every shadow contains a gift and that is up to us to find them and express them. I'm sharing with you how one of my main shadows comes to life and how I've been able to transform it into creation fuel. We also explore how to do this with the collective shadow and offer you a different way to navigate the intensity of the world.

In this episode, we are going DEEP! Today I have with me Rev. Briana Lynn - She is the founder of The Earth Temple: Center of Prayer & School of Shamanic Arts, A Spiritual Leader, Orgasmic Oracle, Head Witch & Weaver of The Future Story... She is a force of Nature! Together we explored the context of the world we live in, how our awakening is no longer a "nice to have"  but a NECESSITY, what happens in the Void, and the power our bodies as energetic portals.

You can connect with her on IG @rev.brianalynn and all about her Orgasmic Oracle the course is here.

In this episode, I'm taking you on a fantastic journey through the world of Encanto, the latest Disney Pixar movie.

I want to show you all the things that - as Colombian - I feel really proud to see exalted in this way. I pay a little tribute to the amazing Lin Manuel Miranda by digging into his Human Design & a part of his Gene Keys gifts. And then we take a deep dive into the powerful messages of this story, the characters, and the invitation we have to step out of hiding as the alchemists of our own families.

Here you can check the HD bodygraph of Lin Manuel Miranda.

In this episode, we are going to explore the universe of Disney animated movies through the lens of the Gene Keys. I see these stories as feedback loops of our collective consciousness. We create stories and stories shape us. These characters we love are often holographic mirrors of the gifts that are inside of us, inviting us to find ways to express them. We will explore the old paradigm movies and the ones that have come after what I've called a quantum leap in storytelling. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the Magic of these stories from a different level of consciousness.
