Deeply Here

In this episode, I had the joy of talking with my dear friend, Friederike Peters. When I see her, the first word that comes to me is Radiance. She has a quality to herself that illuminates the places and conversations she inhabits. She is a singer and a coach and we talked about her recent experience on a Vipassana retreat and the medicine that it had for her. We also riffed on the voice as a powerful translator and amplifier of frequency and about the integration she is currently undergoing where singing and coaching will birth a potent new offering she is excited to share with us. She also just released the first episode of her new podcast "The Sound of you" - so there's only more coming from where this delicious conversation came from.

In this episode, I have the pleasure of introducing you to Bini. From the moment I met her, I felt this openness to her and how easy it was to dive deep right from the get-go. Together we explore some BIG subjects that have been integral to her experience: Becoming a mother, unlearning the "super mom" expectation, and examining her relationship with food and nourishment. It is from this deeply embodied space that she offers health & wellness coaching as a way for us to return home to our bodies.

In this episode, I had the absolute delight to talk to my dear Raven Royce. When I first met her I felt deep her presence pierce through layers I didn't even know I was carrying. After 11 weeks together on the Orgasmic Oracle course, I was drawn to work deeper with her so I joined her Voice Codes container.  What I've learned in this space about expression, frequency and the power of my voice has plugged me back into my heart. This process is touching every part of my life and it's a great permission slip to be more boldly the Creatrix I know I am here to be.

In this episode, I had the pleasure of talking with Anna Ruth Hall. We met earlier this year through the Orgasmic Oracle course where she was part of the facilitating team as a Womb Oracle. The depth of her words and the texture of her voice is something I carry with me as a precious gift. As you will hear through our conversation, we go to the places we normally hold back from: Grief, Erotic Energy, Pleasure, Orgasm, Yoni, Big Emotions & Menstrual Blood. We share our experiences, our activations, and our journeys back into the wisdom of our bodies.

In this episode, I had the joy of talking to my dear soul sister Shalini Sarena. She is a powerhouse of a woman. She is a mindset and embodiment coach, yoga teacher, model, entrepreneur, speaker, and ascension guide. She is a walking permission slip for us to own the multifaceted expressions of who we be. We talked about the power and protection of our ancestors, how community building is an integral part of our path in this lifetime, and the important work of bringing true diversity and inclusion into every sphere we inhabit.

In this episode, we are opening up to a very candid and honest conversation about the creation process, especially around how we respond when things don't go as planned. We felt it in our bellies how important it was for us to bring this conversation forward rather than simply dissolving in the background. We lack modeling on pivoting and navigating expectations, failure, insecurity, and relationships when Creation starts shifting its course. We share with you the story of our recent creative endeavor, how we were really fueled by the energy of it, and how a shift in Hrissti's personal experience changed the playing field and with that, we were invited to honor each other deeper and postpone the project we were so eager to bring into the world.

In this episode, I'm sharing with you a powerful insight I recently had around SEEING & BEING SEEN.

There's a power in being your JOY and having people radiate that back to you.
There's a power in going through the underworld and having people shining a light on the courage of your soul.

We often admire a lot of things in the people closest to us, those who walk life with us and we don't always use our words to reflect that back to them.

It's a GIFT to be seen.
It's a GIFT to see others.
My invitation for you is to be more vocal about the things you LOVE about people.

Today's episode is one of the most special ones EVER!
Together with my dear friend HrissTi we are welcoming the Seeds of Magic Tarot into the world. I've been in the process of creating this deck for the past 2 years and now it's time for it to meet you! We went deep into the creation process, I share how this has been one of the most potent initiations of my life and how you can become part of the village that can support this project to become a reality.

The deck is on Kickstarter from today, April 16th, 2022 until May 19th, 2022.
If you are not familiar with Kickstarter, it's a crowdfunding platform for creators and it allows people to get together, pre-order, and support a project and with those funds, it can go into production.

I invite you to come and get the deck and infuse your life with its MAGIC!
