Participants Bio:
Dr. Andrea Charron holds a PhD from the Royal Military College of Canada (Department of War Studies). Her research and teaching areas include NORAD, the Arctic, foreign and defence policy and sanctions. She serves on the DND’s Defence Advisory Board and has published in numerous peer-reviewed journals.
Jean-Christophe Boucher is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy and Department of Political Science at the University of Calgary a CGAI Fellow, and a director of research in civil-military relations at the Canadian Defence and Security Network
Dr. Jeffrey (Jeff) F. Collins is a noted expert on Canadian defence procurement and defence policy. He maintains an active research presence with Canada's leading centres in foreign and defence policy, including with the Macdonald-Laurier Institute as an associate and, separately, as a fellow with Dalhousie University's Centre for the Study of Security and Development, and the University of Manitoba's Centre for Defence and Security Studies.
