Benjamin Hautecouverture is a Senior research fellow for nonproliferation and disarmament issues at the Fondation pour la recherche stratégique (FRS), Paris, France. He is also a founding member as well as a manager of the EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium since 2010. He used to be a researcher at the Center for arms control and international security (French acronym CESIM) in Paris from 2006 to 2010, where he was editor-in-chief for the Non-Proliferation Monthly.
