- Heather Conley: Senior Vice President for Europe, Eurasia, and the Arctic and Director of the Europe Pro- gram at CSIS.

- Dr. Rob Huebert: CGAI fellow, an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Calgary, and has served as the associate director of the Centre for Military and Strategic Studies and as a member to the Canadian Polar Commission (now Canada Polar Knowledge) from 2010 to 2015.

- BGen Carla Harding: Director General Support, Canadian Joint Operation Command.

- Stephanie Pezard: a senior political scientist at the RAND Corporation. Her research focuses on European security and transatlantic relations; Arctic security; strategic competition; measures short of war; security cooperation and security force assistance; deterrence and use of force; and French defense and security policy.
