Wisconsin’s recent wolf hunt was, from start to finish, an example of the worst wildlife management practices. These gorgeous animals today occupy only 15 percent of their historic range in this country: they are far from recovered, and in no state to withstand more carnage, in Wisconsin or anywhere else they call home.
