Our special guest Keyz, is the owner of FlossLLC ; a luxury jewelry brand and she was born and raised in my hometown Mount Vernon,NY. I had the pleasure of sharing my platform with her to discuss a topics that define her experience as a woman. In this episode, we uncover what attachment styles in partnership, friendships and how we identify with reciprocity. As we continue to experience life and evolve, we learn that we are never truly defined until we have fulfilled our mission on earth, so it was beautiful to capture this moment in real time.

In this episode, I discussed the influx of crime that has occurred in NYC and some of the reasons that has led the citizens the big Apple astray. Unfortunately, living in a big city such as NY has caused people to loose their minds due to the inflation and the lack of resources to help maintain a balanced environment.

In order to grow you must be comfortable with the reality of what growth comes with. There may be some discomfort and some loss through the process but the goal is to adjust to the newness that is presently showing up in your reality. In this episode I discuss my experience gaining weight and how I was able to find peace and comfort in my new body. As Onika Miraj once said “Fuck up a cheque on my body”, this is your que to treat yourself to some jeans or a dress that makes you feel sexy, you’ll make the money back girl just ENJOY YOUR LIFE.

From January 18th- February 9th,2022 I’cove documented my real-time thoughts on how detrimental the life of aspiring to be an influencer can be. I took it pretty hard at first because I felt like it was based on a lack of support but it turned out that who I am presently no longer can support the old version of self any longer. I decided to keep my authentic thoughts on how this rocky journey has been along with a few perspectives that should be brought up more in the public eye. This episode highlights the reality of allowing the flow of life to guide you to a path that no longer feels forced or unrecognizable to your soul.

Learning how to surrender to the divine has been one of the most challenging tasks during this journey but it has allowed a lot of things that no longer serves a purpose to fall apart. This podcast is all about making room for greater things to come into your life once you allow things to play out exactly the way they need to even when it’s something sacred to you, you must know how to live without attachment to things that lowers your vibration.

3am thoughts on experiencing loss in business and hope. Dreaming is only one portion of success it also takes support and will power and I’ve given up on my ability to always be so resilient even through the toughest crowds. Blocking others out and focusing on what you’re trying to build works in many cases but for me I truly yearn the support and love that I provide for others.

My thoughts on loosing my childhood pet. The loss of a pet is often overlooked because of you haven’t felt it you probably wouldn’t understand the true meaning of friendship. I didn’t think this would hurt especially years after giving her away. This brought up so many memories that I almost forgot..
