I’m kicking off the first season of the Confessions of a CEO podcast with something I wrote as a rallying cry to myself as I dropped a bomb and quit my London life to start my online business whilst mid-sabbatical in Vietnam.

It’s honest, raw and still everything I stand behind today. I share where I was 4 years ago and what led me to start a business that has taken me from £15 per hour Virtual Assistant with wildly awful clients (and one or two not so bad ones) to turning over more than £250k (so far) with dreamy clients in under 4 years through both my VA agency and my Business Coaching.

When you know WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, it becomes your north star on good days, but even more importantly - the tough days too.
